Vehicle type is allotted based on your booking, but an equivalent category may be provided if the exact model is unavailable.

Over-speeding requests or unlawful activities will not be entertained.

Extra km, waiting charges, hill charges, parking, tolls and state taxes are billed as per the plan communicated.

In case of vehicle breakdown, a replacement will be arranged at the earliest possible time.

GoTravelista acts as a coordinator between travelers and service providers. Therefore:
